The Setter and Pointer models renounce the substantial thicknesses typical of military cutlery, making them lighter to wear. The Setter hunting model has a total size of 252mm of which the blade measures 125mm. The wooden scales have a rounded section that perfectly adapt to the palm. Given that the most common usage regards the meat we went for a Bohler N690Co™, a type of oxidation-resistant steel that provides great performance and a great ease of re-sharpening.
