I recently decided to upgrade my fountain pen collection. I finally bought a Pilot Vanishing Point and let’s say I am extremely satisfied . Lance had been showing me one for several months . I have finally joined the VP club . Thank you to the entire team at Penchetta . I’m one happy customer.

Excellent knife! I expected high quality and I was not disappointed. Everything is perfect! Action, ergonomics and fit and finish. The customer service was also exceptional. Lance made the transaction straightforward and easy.

This Mojave is no exception to that, the fit and finish, the little details that you discover the more you use it. Absolutely happy with my purchase from Penchetta as well. I purchased the Poikilo Orca knife from Penchetta which was at a price point the same as other companies/websites. It shipped very fast. I purchased it online later in the evening, it was processed the very next morning and arrived at door my door the day after that. Good packaging with a nice hand written note from the shop owner. Knife was in perfect condition with original knife pouch, microfiber cloth and Poikilo Velcro patches. They even included a complimentary bottle of knife lube with a honey scent that's made In-house... Impressive and appreciated in a day-in-age where good customer service is the exception instead of the "norm". It was nice to see from a humble and appreciative family owned business. They have a cool selection of knives and pens, some of which are not easy to come across. Most of it is competitively and fairly priced. The one slightly negative thing I will mention is that some of the Pro Tech knives and a few other knives they have for sale are slightly over priced. Granted, they are uncommon and harder to find knives, but still overpriced compared to some other websites with similar/same knives. Overall though, I would definitely buy from them again and I wish them success in their future.

My protec tr3 integrity is a great knife, but I have learned to expect that from them. But to have a great experience with a company 2 times in a row doesn’t come as likely as nowadays. Thanks penchetta and Mathew.

I am very happy with my recent purchase from Penchetta's consignment stock, and I'm especially impressed with their customer service. When I purchased the pencil online I asked for more detail about the lead used. Not only were my questions promptly answered, but they went the step of locating a container of 0.7mm Mont Blanc lead and added it to more order at no extra cost. I placed the order on a Saturday and the package arrived the following Monday along with a very nice handwritten note. Thank you for the extra effort and speedy delivery.

A nice black at a great price!

This is a solid user knife for the biggest tasks. It’s a bit more than some cheaper Sypdercos, but it has a premium steel (S30V) and contoured handles.
