We are customers also and understand that sometimes things break or just don't tickle our fancy. We don't want a bunch of mean rules, we want to keep you as a customer for life, and hopefully a raving fan of Penchetta!
Returns for Defect
Reach out to us about returning your goodie and why to orders@penchetta.com so we can get you a shipping label. We stand behind our products and try everything possible to deal with the manufacturer so you don't have to.
Returns for Exchange
If it is within 30 days, you have the original packaging and everything looks good as new then no hassle. If there is user damage, lost packaging or it has been a while we will have to see what we can do. We have a 15% restocking fee or pro-rate the value depending on condition & packaging.
Refunds
It was your money and we want you to have it back, or at least as much as possible. Depending on item condition, reason for return and timeline we will pro-rate your refund (minus shipping and 15% restocking fee).
Sezzle Returns & Refunds
We love offering Sezzle to make shopping easier! Just keep in mind that if you decide to return an item, Sezzle’s original transaction fees are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee applies to all Sezzle returns.
If you cancel or return an order paid with Sezzle, you have two options:
- Refund to Sezzle: Your refund will be issued to Sezzle minus the 15% restocking fee. Please be aware that Sezzle may also apply its own additional processing fees, which could substantially reduce your final refund amount.
- Store Credit: Your refund will be issued as store credit minus the 15% restocking fee. This option helps you avoid any additional Sezzle-specific processing fees. While you will still need to complete your remaining installment payments to Sezzle, your store credit will be ready to use immediately for your next find!
