Consignment Policy

Consignment Guidelines:

•  Bring your items directly to Penchetta.
•  Items must have a minimum resale value of $100. If your item is valued under $100, we   suggest selling it on eBay or another platform.
• All items must be in good working condition. If an item requires restoration, we will provide a repair quote first.

Process and Timeline:

• Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to review your items (or up to 1 month during peak periods).
• You will receive an email with our recommended selling price. Please reply to approve this price or provide your preferred listing amount.
• Your items remain yours. You can request them back at any time by paying the $10 listing fee.
• Once your item sells, we will contact you and send your payment within 48 hours.

Fee Structure

• $10 per item listing fee (deducted from your final payout).
• Transaction Fees: Final payouts may reflect applicable processing fees, including credit card fees (2.6%) or Sezzle fees (6%).
• Online Shipping: For items sold online, shipping charges are split between the seller (75%) and Penchetta (25%).
• Commission Rates
• 25% Commission: Applied if you choose your payment as store credit.
• 35% Commission: Applied if you choose your payment via Zelle, Venmo, or check.
