In-house Knife Sharpening

Option #1 48 hours for $9

Sergio is our guy with an eye for your edge.  He normally works Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, so you almost always get a 48-hour turnaround on drop-off sharpening for only $9 per knife. 
This includes little pocket folders or big chef knives for the same price. The only upcharge is for blade damage that needs repair or anything else unusual, and he will call you to chat.

Option #2 While You Wait $19

If you are in a hurry and Sergio is here (M, W, F, Sa), then he can make that dull slab of steel a wicked slick slicer while you wait for only $19 per knife.
