This was my 2nd online purchase from Penchetta. I purchased a MachineWise Mojave knife from them this time, which If you are a knife enthusiast, you may know that this knife comes with a particularly hefty price tag. The customer service experience with Rhys (I apologize if misspelled) was phenomenal. From my initial phone call inquiry about the knife to the 2 phone calls I received from Rhys after the purchase, It made me feel 100% confident and comfortable purchasing a product online with such a high price tag. The shipping was incredibly fast, purchased on a Wednesday afternoon and received it 1 and 1/2 days later on Friday afternoon. It was well packaged and included a nice free gift along with a personalized hand written letter from Rhys. The knife was exactly as pictured on their website and it is an absolutely stunning, high quality knife. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I wish I was local so I could experience this business in person. They have an amazing selection of high quality, uncommon knives and first class customer service. In a time when quality products and quality customer service is almost non-existent, I'm so glad that I found Penchetta because they have exceeded my expectations in both areas. This ink is a nice Emerald with a Gold Shimmer. It flows from my fountain pen very smoothly. Dries pretty quickly too.
I always love the Monteverde MP1 fountain pens, but I really enjoy this new color, Foxy Orange 🍊 😀.

Beautiful pen, great ink recommendations, and I love this store. I was immediately made aware of the small crack in the horn of this pen but it does not affect writing. Great nib. I am looking forward to writing with it for many years.

The place where I go when I want a great pen - Penchetta. I wanted a well balanced roller ball. Love the writing capabilities as well as the looks and feel of this wonderful pen. Didn't want to buy online and take the chance that I wouldn't like the pen, so I tried out several at Penchetta's and chose 2 Monteverde roller balls.
The knives are awesome! Much better in person.
