When I saw this pen I first thought that the pen's barrel was too big for my taste. All my pens have a small barrel. Once home I inked it up with my favorite color and started writing with it. It was smooth and the barrel size was perfect! I love the pen! I would recommend this pen and the Penchetta Pen and Knife company to everyone!

I bought this Macchiato Kaweco Sport for my daughter as a small surprise gift. It's her first fountain pen. She loves the color, its cuteness and the fountain pen experience.
Special Order - this was a special order Kaweco Steel Sport as I wanted a gold-colored steel nib versus the standard silver nib. When the pen arrived, the Penchetta team installed a "fine" gold-colored nib and tested it for me. Incredibly, it is now my best writing fountain pen, and I have one that cost $700. I can't believe how good this heavier-weight steel Kaweco Sport feels in the hand and the nib perfectly writes even the tiniest of letters clearly. I'm happy, amazed and grateful! A++++++++
Handy tool set in this pen.
Glad I got this pen. Writes very smoothly, and really unique. The squatty nib perfectly matches the fat body. Works great in my small hands. It does post though i don’t need to.

Buying in-store was a great experience. I think it was both Rhys and Matt who helped me, even pulling out their own personal pens from the back so I could compare all the Sailor pens. Trying the nib sizes in-person is completely different than seeing samples online, because only you can decide what kind of feedback you will enjoy. Then they gave me space to wander over to the inks while I pondered my choice. This was all done while I had a kitchen knife sharpened. It is easy to shop online, but after this shopping experience, I decided that shopping in-person is the best way when the details of the end-user experience is what matters!
Again, the Ritma satisfies everything my little author heart needs. Writes smoothly, perfect weight, and that little click of the cap is perfect.
Blemish is a very strong word, this knife is immaculate amd was an amazing deal. Super grateful to Penchetta for this opportunity to snag a grail.
