Condition: Like new condition was just sent to Pelikan to have the cap fixed. This pen does not have any scratches or dings. This pen has been inked, cleaned, tested and writes smoothly. This pen does not come with the original box.

Released in 1988 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Pelikan pens - this is one of the earlier models as it has the dates "1838-1988 W - Germany" on the cap, which was omitted on later pens. The unique serial number can be found near the piston cone.

The pen is gold-plated and has a delicate barley pattern.

This pen has an 18c Gold Broad Nib.
