These beautiful transparent pens were commissioned by Levenger from the Sheaffer Pen Company and were named Levenger Seas. This rollerball pen is a striking Mediterranean blue color accented by gold trim. The cap band is engraved Levenger Sheaffer USA. It has the Sheaffer white dot which Sheaffer applied to symbolize its quality. This pen was made in the USA in the late 1990s.
