Rindy James What a lovely experience! I was pretty certain I would never find a refill for my beautiful antique pen...but I walked into Rhys' beautiful store and he took the time to figure out how to solve the problem. He took my pen home, drilled out the bottom a bit more and voila...I can use my pen again!! He mailed it to me and I had it a few days later. He is remarkable and so is his store!
