Assembly Instructions

These Zippy spacers designed for the Fellowship Blades Gaboon balisong are made in-house from a rubbery, shatter-proof polyurethane. They add additional jimping to the Gaboon, provide a more neutral balance, and are also available as extensions which add handle length, protect the handles from drops, and include an adjustable tungsten weight system.

Features

• Adds a wider area of jimping with positive sawtooth jimping for extra grip on ladders and choker fans
• Optional handle extensions extend handles from 5.5" to 5.677" and protect the handles from drops.
• Deepens sound.
• Adjustable balance: Flush spacers reduce the handle bias by distributing less weight toward the handle ends. Extension spacers each house 2x removable Tungsten weights to fine-tune the balance to your preference.
• The Zippified Gaboon weighs 3.111 oz with the Zippy flush spacers. With extension spacers, the Gaboon weighs 3.163 oz (empty), up to 3.248 oz (with all 4x tungsten weights). For comparison, spacers weights are below:

Stock Spacers: 0.060 oz (empty). 0.080 oz (1 weight pin). 0.100 oz (2 weight pins).

Zippy Flush Spacers: 0.068 oz. More neutral balance due to weight distribution shifting away from handle ends.

Zippy Extension Spacers: 0.096 oz (empty). 0.117 oz (1 tungsten ball). 0.138 oz (2 tungsten balls).
